Stego Wrap has unprecedented puncture resistance as a protection course. It provides as much as 15 times the protection of foam board.
Stego Wrap is impermeable to water, water vapor, and trace chemicals found in the soil, including sulfates. Because it is made with only the highest grade of prime virgin plastic resins, Stego Wrap provides resistance to a wide variety of chemicals, even petroleum poisons.
Stego Wrap also protects against micro-organisms in the soil, as well as termites and roots that can get behind the protection course and destroy the integrity of the waterproofing membrane.
Unlike foam board, Stego Wrap is impervious to tough job site conditions. It is extremely resistant to puncture and has an indefinite lifespan once buried.
Stego Wrap 15-mil comes in roll sizes 14' x 140' and provides for a minimum of seams. In addition, because all of the qualities of Stego Wrap are contained in a thin gauge film, the application of our material is easy when using a termination bar.
