Qualifications
Must complete entire "Product Research Survey – All-Purpose Tape” (the “Survey “) from Stego Industries, LLC in order to be eligible to enter the raffle for a chance to win 1 of 5 $150 Amazon.com Gift Cards (the “Raffle Prize”).
Raffle: Complete the “Survey” via Survey Monkey® in its entirety and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win 1 of 5 Raffle Prizes.
Raffle Period: The Survey will be accessible beginning at 12:00am PST/PDT on October 22, 2020 and closes at 11:59pm PST/PDT on November 1, 2020.
How to Participate
During the Raffle Period, eligible Survey participants will be invited to participate in the Survey and Raffle Drawing via an email that includes a link to access the Survey on Survey Monkey®. Once at the Survey, entrants must complete the questions and all required information in order to enter the Raffle Prize drawing. LIMIT ONE (1) INVITATION ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL.
Raffle Prize

A Stego Industries representative will notify Raffle Prize winners via email and will provide a digital Raffle Prize to the email address provided in the “Survey”.
No Raffle Prize is redeemable for cash (unless required by law) and no substitute for any portion of any Raffle Prize will be offered. Raffle Prize winners must accept a Raffle Prize within 30 days of being notified. If any Raffle Prize winner cannot accept a Raffle Prize before the given deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
Raffle Prize Drawings
For the Raffle Prize, Stego Industries will randomly choose five (5) individual winners.
Raffle Prize drawings will take place on 11/2/2020. All Survey participants must complete the Survey in it’s entirety by 11:59 PST/PDT on 11/1/2020. The Raffle Prize winners will be notified by the email address and/or phone number provided in the “Survey”.
If a Raffle Prize winner fails to claim a Raffle Prize or fails to inform Stego Industries of their inability to claim the Raffle Prize before the deadline, or is determined to have failed to comply with the Survey rules, then their entry will be forfeited, and Stego Industries reserves the right to award the Raffle Prize to another participant, at its sole discretion. STEGO INDUSTRIES HAS THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO ADMINISTER AND CONDUCT THE SURVEY AND RAFFLE PRIZE DRAWING AND ALL DECISIONS REGARDING THE ADMINISTRATION AND CONDUCT OF THE RAFFLE PRIZE WILL BE FINAL.
Eligibility Requirements
Stego employees and immediate family members are ineligible to win. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. One (1) entry per person per email address per household. Winners must be citizens or legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
Except where prohibited by law, names and/or likenesses and quotes of winners may be disclosed to and otherwise used by Stego Industries for publicity purposes and in lists of Raffle Prize winners to be published in emails, social media, printed materials, and on the web.
Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information
By completing the Survey and entering the Raffle Prize drawing and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, and home and office telephone numbers (the "Survey Participant Information"), each raffle entrant grants permission to Stego Industries for the collection and use of the Survey Participant Information for the purpose of administering the raffle and selecting the Raffle Prize winner(s).
Compliance with Laws
This raffle is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, state, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations of the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico and of each state, county/parish, territory, and municipality, respectively. All federal, state, territorial, and/or local tax consequences and liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner of any and all Raffle Prizes.
Additional Terms Stego Industries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who it finds to be or suspects to be (a) tampering with, or attempting to tamper with, the entry process or the operation of the raffle, or (b) acting in violation of the official rules, or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
