SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. – Stego Industries, LLC, the construction industry leader in below-slab barrier materials, announced Monday that it will expand its first-of-its-kind Life of the BuildingTM warranty program.
The expansion of this limited warranty will now include:
- Drago® Wrap Vapor Intrusion Barrier for brownfield construction
- Pango® Wrap Termite/Vapor Barrier for subterranean termite protection
- StegoCrawl® Wrap Vapor Barrier for crawl space encapsulation
“Stego is blazing new trails into new areas of below-slab protection – we plan to bring our reputation of zero claims of product failure to these new markets,” said Stego Vice President of Sales Jeremy Clark. “As we introduce ourselves to new stakeholders in these specialty areas of construction, we want them to know that Stego products* will back up every barrier we are associated with.”
Stego’s introduction of the Life of the Building warranty in August covered four lines of its flagship product STEGO® WRAP, from its 20-mil vapor barrier to its 10-mil Class C vapor retarder. In its 20-year history protecting the foundations of buildings, Stego has never had a claim of failure. No brand of below-slab vapor barrier or retarder has ever been backed up by a limited warranty for a building’s entire lifespan. Now, in addition to the STEGO WRAP product line, this Life of the Building protection applies to DRAGO WRAP, PANGO WRAP, and STEGOCRAWL WRAP.
Each of these products is available through a distribution network across North America and internationally. Additionally, StegoCrawl Wrap is available for purchase directly through the Stego Industries website.
