Wrapping your mind around the 4.1 million square feet of Linden Logistics Center is a feat. To do so is to understand construction and development in the 21st Century – faster, more integrated, and closer to the consumer than ever before.
Stretching the length of 15 football fields across the southwestern corner of the site is Building E, a hulking 480,740 square feet of warehouse with plans for 90 loading docks.
Before the first truck could roll out of the docks to go the last mile of fulfillment, the site would need to be redeveloped from 15 years of dormancy. The site, once home to American Cyanamid and DuPont, would need superior below-slab protection.
