Stego Industries, LLC (“Stego”) Sales Promotional Raffle Giveaway ("Raffle") - International Builders' Show 2025 (“IBS”)
Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the Raffle. One (1) entry per person. Stego employees and immediate family members are ineligible to win the Prize. Except where prohibited by applicable law, names, likenesses, and/or quotes of the Prize winner may be disclosed and otherwise used by Stego for publicity purposes and in Prize winner announcements published by email, social media, printed material, on the web, or otherwise.
How to Participate
The Raffle for a chance to win the Prize will be held on March 4, 2025. Entry period for the Raffle is 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, local time at IBS, on each of February 25, 2025, February 26, 2025, and February 27, 2025. To enter the Raffle, eligible entrants must visit the Stego booth at IBS during the entry period and have a Stego employee scan the entrant’s IBS badge to subscribe to Stego news and updates and enter the Raffle for a chance to win the Prize (one (1) entry per person). A Prize winner will be selected at random from the entrants of the Raffle and announced on March 4, 2025. Prize winner must be eligible but need not be present at the announcement of the Prize winner to win the Prize. Prize winner will be contacted via the email address submitted by the entrant through IBS badge scan and will have ten (10) business days to respond with acceptance of the Prize; otherwise, the Prize will be forfeited to the next eligible winner randomly selected from the pool of entrants. Mailing address of the winner will be collected upon entry or announcement of the winner. Prize will be mailed to winner’s address within thirty (30) days of winning. Prize will only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address. Alternative method of entry: during the Entry Period for the Raffle, eligible entrants may also email Stego their name, title, company name, email address, shipping address, and phone number to contact@stegoindustries.com to subscribe to Stego news and updates and enter the Raffle for a chance to win the Prize.
Sales Promotional Raffle Giveaway Prize (“Prize”)
Prize: one (1) Turtlebox® Speaker; one (1) Stego branded YETI® 45-qt cooler; five (5) Stego branded T-shirts; five (5) Stego branded hats; five (5) Stego branded Hoo-Rags; five (5) pairs of Stego branded gloves; and one (1) VISA® gift card value $100 (total estimated value of Prize $1,100.00 USD). Exact Prize may vary but will remain at a total estimated value of $1,100.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on number of entrants, likely to be 1/700. Prize not redeemable for cash or substitution (unless required by applicable law).

Raffle participation is optional. Restrictions apply. Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Turtlebox, YETI, VISA, or any other entity other than Stego. Except where prohibited by applicable law, the administration, interpretation, and execution of the Raffle shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Stego and all decisions relating thereto shall be final. Stego reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any person who (actually or suspected) (a) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Raffle, or (b) acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
