STEGO INDUSTRIES, LLC ("STEGO") SALES PROMOTIONAL RAFFLE GIVEAWAYS – WORLD OF CONCRETE 2023 ("WOC")
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in a Live Raffle(s). Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to be eligible to participate in the Virtual Raffle. Stego employees and immediate family members are ineligible to win a Prize. Entrants may only win a Prize once. One (1) entry per person per Promotional Raffle Giveaway. Except where prohibited by applicable law, names, likenesses, and/or quotes of Prize winners may be disclosed and otherwise used by Stego for publicity purposes and in Prize winner announcements published by email, social media, printed material, on the web, or otherwise.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
In-Booth Promotional Raffle Giveaway (“Live Raffle”): Live Raffles for a chance to win a Prize will be held upon completion of the corresponding live engagement event held at 11:15am, 1:15pm, and 2:30pm, local time at WOC, on each of January 17, 2023, January 18, 2023, and January 19, 2023 at the Stego booth at WOC. To enter a Live Raffle, entrants must visit the Stego booth at WOC, have a Stego employee scan the entrant’s WOC badge to subscribe to Stego news and updates, and attend the corresponding live engagement event through completion (one (1) entry per person). Entry period for each Live Raffle ends upon completion of the corresponding live engagement event. Upon completion of the live engagement event, a Prize winner will be selected at random from the entrants of that Live Raffle. Entrants must be eligible and present to win a Prize. Live Raffle entrants may enter the Virtual Raffle and multiple Live Raffles (each, one (1) entry per person) but each entrant is only eligible to win a Prize once.
Virtual Promotional Raffle Giveaway (“Virtual Raffle”): Virtual Raffle entrants must visit https://www.stegoindustries.com/world-of-concrete-2023 and submit the requested contact information (name, email address, and role) to subscribe to Stego news and updates and enter the Virtual Raffle for a chance to win a Prize (one (1) entry per person). The Virtual Raffle entry period ends January, 19, 2023 at 5:00pm PST. A Virtual Raffle winner will be randomly selected and announced on January, 20, 2023. Virtual Raffle winner must be eligible to win a Prize but does not need to be present at WOC to win a Prize. Virtual Raffle entrants may enter a Live Raffle(s) (each, one (1) entry per person) but each entrant is only eligible to win a Prize once.
PROMOTIONAL RAFFLE GIVEAWAY PRIZE ("PRIZE")
Prize: one (1) 45-quart YETI® Tundra Cooler provided by Stego (value estimated $325.00 USD). Odds of winning depend on number of entrants – Live Raffle likely to be 1/50, Virtual Raffle likely to be 1/6,000. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON. Prize not redeemable for cash or substitution (unless required by applicable law). Mailing address of the winner will be collected upon entry or announcement of the winner. Raffle winners must accept a Prize within ten (10) days of announcement, after which time, if a Prize has not been accepted, it will be forfeited. Prize will be mailed to winner’s address within thirty (30) days of winning. Virtual Raffle Prize will only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Promotional Raffle Giveaway participation is optional. Restrictions apply. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YETI or any other entity other than Stego. Except where prohibited by applicable law, the administration, interpretation, and execution of the Promotional Raffle Giveaways shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Stego and all decisions relating thereto shall be final. Stego reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any person who (actually or suspected) (a) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of a Promotional Raffle Giveaway, or (b) acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
