Stego Industries, LLC (“Stego”) Sales Promotional Raffle Giveaways - World of Concrete 2024 (“WOC”)
Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in a Daily WOC Raffle and/or Happy Hour Raffle. Stego employees and immediate family members are ineligible to win a Daily Prize or Happy Hour Prize. Daily WOC Raffle and/or Happy Hour Raffle entrants may win only one (1) Daily Prize or the Happy Hour Prize. One (1) entry per person per Daily WOC Raffle and Happy Hour Raffle. Except where prohibited by applicable law, names, likenesses, and/or quotes of Daily Prize and Happy Hour Prize winners may be disclosed and otherwise used by Stego for publicity purposes and in Daily Prize and Happy Hour Prize winner announcements published by email, social media, printed material, on the web, or otherwise.
How to Participate
Daily Sales Promotional Raffle Giveaways (“Daily WOC Raffle”): A Daily WOC Raffle for a chance to win a Daily Prize will be held at 5:00 pm, local time at WOC, on each of January 23, 2023, January 24, 2023, and January 25, 2023, at the Stego booth at WOC. Entry period for each Daily WOC Raffle is 8:00 am - 4:59 pm, local time at WOC, on each of January 23, 2023, January 24, 2023, and January 25, 2023. To enter a Daily WOC Raffle, entrants must visit the Stego booth at WOC during the entry period for that Daily WOC Raffle and have a Stego employee scan the entrant’s WOC badge to subscribe to Stego news and updates (one (1) entry per person per Daily WOC Raffle). On each of January 23, 2023, January 24, 2023, and January 25, 2023, at 5:00 pm, local time at WOC, a Daily Prize winner will be selected at random from the entrants of the Daily WOC Raffle for that day. Entrants must be eligible, but need not be present, to win a Daily Prize. Daily Prize winners will be contacted via the email address submitted by the entrant and will have ten (10) business days to respond with acceptance of the Daily Prize; otherwise, the Daily Prize will be forfeited to the next eligible winner randomly selected from the pool of entrants from the applicable Daily WOC Raffle period. Mailing address of the winner will be collected upon entry or announcement of the winner. Daily Prize will be mailed to winner’s address within thirty (30) days of winning. Daily Prize will only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address. Daily WOC Raffle entrants may enter multiple Daily WOC Raffles and the Happy Hour Raffle (each, one (1) entry per person) but each entrant is eligible to win only the Happy Hour Prize or one (1) Daily Prize.
Happy Hour Promotional Raffle Giveaway (“Happy Hour Raffle”): The Happy Hour Raffle for a chance to win the Happy Hour Prize will be held at 4:00 pm, local time at WOC, on January 23, 2023, at the Stego booth at WOC. Entry period for the Happy Hour Raffle is 2:00 pm - 3:59 pm, local time at WOC, on January 23, 2023. To enter the Happy Hour Raffle, entrants must visit the Stego booth at WOC during the entry period for the Happy Hour Raffle and have a Stego employee scan the entrant’s WOC badge to subscribe to Stego news and updates (one (1) entry per person). On January 23, 2023, at 4:00 pm, local time at WOC, a Happy Hour Prize winner will be selected at random from the entrants of the Happy Hour Raffle. Entrants must be eligible, but need not be present, to win the Happy Hour Prize. Daily WOC Raffle Prize (“Daily Prize”)
Daily Prize: one (1) Stego branded Carhartt® backpack; one (1) Stego branded YETI® Rambler 30-oz tumbler, one (1) pair of Stego branded gloves, one (1) Stego branded hat, and one (1) Stego keychain (total estimated value $200.00 USD). Exact Daily Prize may vary but will remain at a total estimated value of $200.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on number of entrants – Daily WOC Raffle likely to be 1/500. LIMIT ONE (1) DAILY PRIZE OR HAPPY HOUR PRIZE PER PERSON. Each entrant is eligible only to win either the Happy Hour Prize or one (1) Daily Prize. Prize not redeemable for cash or substitution (unless required by applicable law).
Happy Hour Raffle Prize (“Happy Hour Prize”)
Happy Hour Prize: one (1) Stego branded Carhartt® Can Cooler; one (2) Stego branded 30-oz YETI® ramblers, two (2) Stego branded hats (value estimated $210.00 USD). Exact Happy Hour Prize may vary but will remain at a total estimated value of $210.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on number of entrants – Happy Hour Raffle likely to be 1/200. LIMIT ONE (1) HAPPY HOUR PRIZE OR DAILY PRIZE PER PERSON. Happy Hour Prize not redeemable for cash or substitution (unless required by applicable law).
Additional Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A DAILY WOC RAFFLE OR HAPPY HOUR RAFFLE.
Participation in a Daily WOC Raffles and/or Happy Hour Raffle is optional. Restrictions apply. Daily WOC Raffles and Happy Hour Raffle are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Carhartt, YETI, or any other entity other than Stego. Except where prohibited by applicable law, the administration, interpretation, and execution of the Daily WOC Raffles and Happy Hour Raffle shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Stego and all decisions relating thereto shall be final. Stego reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any person who (actually or suspected) (a) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of a Daily WOC Raffle or Happy Hour Raffle, or (b) acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
