SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. – Stego Industries, LLC, the construction industry leader in below-slab vapor protection, announced the merger of the entire business of Stego Technology, LLC into Stego Industries, LLC, effective November 1.
Created in 2014, Stego Technology, LLC was a development company that introduced the Drago® and Pango® product lines, innovative solutions for vapor and termite intrusion, respectively.
The merger follows a recent business review and to coincide with the roll out of a new business technology platform.
Stego Technology as a legacy division will continue to receive orders, buy product, make payments, and issue invoices in the short term but will slowly be phased out and future business activities will be conducted using the company name Stego Industries, LLC.

Will there be any change to regular Stego Technology business contacts?
No. All individual and group communications will remain unchanged.
When should I update my records to reflect the new company details?
The companies have legally merged, effective 11/01/2021, and you may therefore update your records immediately but please note some documents may be issued using the Stego Technology, LLC letterhead or branding until January 2022.
Will agreements held by Stego Technology, LLC remain the same?
Yes. Stego Industries, LLC has absorbed all commitments and obligations of Stego Technology, LLC.
Are there any changes to how I order products previously produced by Stego Technology?
